Cookout, you let me down. I had a hardcore pregnancy craving for some cheese bites. Came through the line, ordered my chicken strip tray with double cheese bites. Imagine my surprise when I open up my box and there's only eight cheese bites total. EIGHT. I realized the box was light before I left so I pulled back around the other side and explained to the lady at the speaker what happened and asked for another side. She tells me I have to pay for it. Fine, whatever, I just want my cheese bites. Get the second order, get home and realize the bag is half full. I had to stop myself from pulling around again. This was the first time I've been disappointed with cookout but Lord was I upset. If someone orders double of a side, they probably want a lot of that side! 🤦🏽♀️
Always forget my straw an never get napkins , when I ask for no ice they respond with “I thought you said extra ice “ the cheese bites are over cooked 30% of the time. ( there drive-though intercom is from the 60s ) horrible sound
Just sat in traffic forever to get cookout even though it's 1.5 miles from my house only to get home and find out my food isn't in the bag. Ordered and paid for 3 trays. Got 2 trays, 2 shakes and a soda. My food- not there. Tried to call and see if I could come back and fix my meal but the phone number sends you to a voice-mail number. Will not be going back to this location. There was no drive thru line so it wasn't bc they were busy. I'm so upset.
